I’ve gone on longer streaks by forced when I went through basic training and didn’t have a phone and was literally too tired and stressed and didn’t have privacy to goon. The moment I got my phone back I went right back to my old comforts This is the longest I’ve gone not due to extraneous circumstances. All glory to the Most High God
