I feel like I have so many reasons to quit, but I still fall back over and over. I’m not one to post anything for help but I really don’t understand why I have this problem as big as I have it. I’ll go weeks and months without it then fall back. I just fell again and really just am thankful for all your guys posts too. Any advice please give it🙏

this has helped me understand why people fold over and over again, will power can only go so far, that’s why we need Jesus

dunno if you follow Jesus but he says we can clean our house (body) of the evil spirit but if we aren’t filling it back up with things like prayer, reading His Word, and worship then that same spirit will come back with many others worse than itself and make us fold
