Nofap

Hey y’all. I’ve been fighting PMO for a long time. I have been active on NoFap but have constantly failed. I joined this app two weeks ago and noticed one very nice feature that has kept me afloat. The notifications of the messages being posted here. I’m not always active on the app but seeing a notification pop up during the day gives me that reminder why I’m doing what I’m doing.
