Any tips to stop relapsing? I really need to stop
Thank you bro, funny thing is I workout 5 days a week, I look good, a lot of muscle definition, but I’m beating the wrong thing lol
Two rules for yourself don’t touch pp. if you notice “I’m touching myself” STOP IMMEDIATELY. Also don’t let yourself get bored. If you are alone a lot get out of the house, plan things for yourself, watch Breaking Bad, work out, or make yourself food.
