I feel no benefits

So i have abstained from porn, gaming, any social media and masturbation for some time now and have done this before. But this results in me not feeling any benefits. I dont rlly struggle too hard with abstaining from instant dopamine unless i experience a lot of stress. What do i do now?

Quitting those things is just 1 step in the process. You still have to find a purpose and develop healthy/protective habits/hobbies. IE start going to the gym, start a business, etc.

There is no need to completely limit all instant dopamine like all these “self improvement” gurus suggest. Personally, I believe that there is nothing wrong with social media and video games in moderate levels. Try replacing them with other forms of dopamine, do what interests you whatever that might be. Hope I can help.
