I had a streak of 57 days and I failed by watching corn again. I always get stuck into the trap of looking at ig models then leading to Reddit then corn🤦🏾♂️

Dude, get somebody you trust to set up password lock on you IG and Reddit apps (and not tell you the PW). Or delete the apps and get the person to block having them reinstalled. Stay away like those apps like they are a festering pool of the next epidemic, for which there is no vaccine, and death is 100% certain. For porn addiction leads to a miserable life you don’t want to live—I know, because I’m 55, and I’ve lived the last 43 years with this addiction before I finally said no more 34 days ago.
