Today was harder than day 1. Had multiple urges but I got past them by getting up and doing something. I have been finding that keeping busy is the best way to cope and get into a routine. However, at night it gets harder as I can’t exactly get out and go to the gym. Any suggestions?

I got a 24/7 gym I go too. If times get really tough, I will go hit a workout no matter what. Hell I hit the gym at 2AM the other day just cause the urges were so strong. Granted, it was a horrible lift cause I realized how tired I was, but it works. Just a thought man :)

I recommend to eliminate any distractions. Move your phone to another room, no social media, etc.. Write in a journal the reason why you’re doing this.
