beautifully articulated. last night was my worst. had the urge that wouldn’t let me fall asleep unless i jacked. but i learnt that with all hardship comes ease. so i let it whisper while tugging both my hands away. it came, and we sat watching the urge fantasy together, but nothing happened—as i told it, both of my hands are the witness of this victory that guards me.
