1. Make it invisible(get rid or hide the things that trigger your thoughts of watching porn ex. deleting insta, tik tok, etc) 2. Make it unappealing(find ways to make it seem ugly or not something you want to do ex. focus on bad consequences) 3. Make it difficult(put blockers on your phone, don’t use your phone in your bedroom or bathroom, be with people all day) 4. Make it unrewarding(find ways to not receive pleasure from it ex. promise to admit to someone every time you screw up, find ways to make it a horrible experience) You got this! These are some tips from the author of Atomic Habits James Clear. I took the tips and applied them to somethings that worked for me
