I am so irritable
Is anyone experiencing withdrawal symptoms? I have a raging headache and I’m annoyed I have nothing to do since I have no social media. I am annoyed because I am realising I’m lame. I open this app every couple of minutes.

I’ve found myself being down and tired
I absolutely agree with the comments above. I have been meaning to pick up working out and a hobby for ages!
you're not lame, you just need more things to do. try out some new things and tap into your hobbies. make friends, talk to people irl, approach people. withdrawal symptoms are normal, i had terrible focus during my finals today lol.
100% experiencing the same. Quit alcohol at the same time, so I feel like mine is heightened. But it was really bad the first two weeks, I’m in 3 now and I feel it’s improving. But sometimes I have random mood swings that I can’t really explain
I hope it goes away a little bit since I start a new job next week and would be busy
It’s the worst the first two weeks then the constant feeling goes away but it does get replaced with a couple heavy urges every few weeks
Everyone is different with hobbies, but I play video games and it honestly helps. Been walking my dog a lot more frequently, he loves it. But getting out of the house even if it’s for 30 minutes when I am getting urges helps.
