Relapsed

I was a week clean and just fail, idk why but those seven days felt amazing and I felt closer to god within those days, but now after relapsing idk what’s going to happen. I have a track meet tommorow and I feel like that the lord won’t help and guide me after failing. Any tips to stay strong and not relapse?
Hey man first off I’m proud of you and the effort you are making not a lot of people can stay clean for a day or even a week. Second I commend you for your relationship with God, our God is merciful and he understands that we are tempted by sin so often in this day and age so just sit in prayer with him. For advice I would set a new goal to move forward and not look back, stay close with your faith and if you sin again don’t kick yourself while you are down. Use it as an opportunity to grow closer to Christ and to better understand your triggers and what makes you want to relapse! Best of luck, I know you can do it!
