Today is half way to 90 and I truly believe that I am over the worst of it. Strong cravings still come but I am now so used to them that I do not worry or panic when they come. Every single one of you can heal. I never thought I would make it here, I thought I was trapped forever yet here I am.

I would caution against over confidence. The most debilitating cravings for me came when I was over three months in. Just be sure to always be vigilant and not develop “I’m cured” mentality
