Benefits to quitting masturbation aswell as porn?

I decided to get on here to quit porn and so far has been going well! I’ve also been staying away from masturbation as it seems the normal course of action, which has been easy as i seem to never get horny unless im around the girl im seeing atm, but when my libido inevitably comes back why is masturbation (without porn and not fantasising about porn) worth staying away from? By that logic shld i avoid sex too?
The main objective of this is quitting pmo (porn/masturbation/orgasm). as we have always associated masturbation with porn. masturbation alone without porn and without dependency is good but with porn it completely changes. if we go no porn it might cut out the need for dependency of masturbation on porn
