Day 4

Feeling good again today! Just finished reading through Romans for the 2nd time today. I have my second Celebrate Recovery meeting to go to tonight. If you need community and are a man of faith, I highly recommend looking up “CR Locator” and finding a group near you. It’s like Alcoholics Anonymous but for ALL addictions. It really does help finding people to talk with face to face about your struggles, so you can fully understand you aren’t alone. Also the more you talk about it, the less shame and guilt you have about around problem. Stay strong men. There’s a better version of you in the future, waiting for you to get past this struggle. Give it to God, stay busy, and do something difficult every day. The more discipline you build in other aspects of your life, the more it’ll bleed into this fight we’re all dealing with.
