Is it normal that on the first day i dont feel the urge? I try to be busy while watching tv or doing some extra time at work in the homeoffice

I would say for me yes. Usually the first day or two I feel confident and no urge but around days 3-5 its strong and I have to fight it so much

Oh those urges will come my dude. When you least expect it too. They get so bad my heart rate increases and I feel like a drug addict that needs his fix. I love this community tho and everytime I have an urge I’m training myself to open up this app. I’m so happy someone created this. Years ago I felt like I had nowhere to go. I can’t tell my wife, I can’t tell my friends, and I can’t tell my family. But I appreciate everyone here going through this with me
