Hi guys, I’m I the only one that finds more easy in the beginning but at log time passes its becoming more difficult. For me I find it harder now controlling some of my thoughts and emotions, but I don’t wanna ruin this because god is watching. I have to get back to my lord and savior, is the only one that can get rid of this thoughts

Hey. I also find this the case. I recently just started trying to get clean so I’m in the early easy stages. What seems to help me to think about the good. Don’t think about the bad or trying to not to do the bad. Go play some sports. Doing something physical always helped me. Pray, remember that God specifically tells us that if we ask temptation to leave in the name of the lord it will be gone. These are just a few things that help me brother. And I’m only just starting to try to get clean again so you might know more than me. But you got this. Remember why you started and remember the benefits. Remember how you’ll feel after and the hole you were in. I’m assuming you don’t want to go back so don’t do it!
