A few days in

I downloaded this app a couple days after I stopped so it’s really been about 5 days. Anyways, instead of immediately entertaining my lustful temptations, I’ve been doing something else to keep busy or reading God’s word and that helps. I’ve also noticed I feel a lot more proud and happy at the end of the day since I’ve stopped. Good luck to everyone else and God bless!
