Strategies Pt.2
Relapsed after a stronger streak. Listened to the lies and the boredom before bed ( which was a strong habit for me). What do yall do to help the battle before bed. On the days I stay clean I can feel myself uneasy and staying up so late ( which I know will get better) but would appreciate insight. Keep fighting
I’ll be watching the posts for it, man. I’ve been a quitter long before I joined this app and I’ve gained a lot of insights through my Catholic catechesis. I’d love the opportunity to share these insights, as they help me even more than they help the people reading what I say.
