Basically I'm 13 turning 14 and I started at 12 and I got this app 1 day agobecause I did a mistake about 2 days ago after I promised myself to quit but I didn't. So I'm resorting to this. Like bru I have snapchat I'm tryna scroll on the snap reels and a friend request popped in and it was like a porn account or smth cuz died me pics nd videos I was so tempted I just couldn't do anything bru my dopamine and everything was high and then the notification came in nd it stopped me from everything I even did the panic button I blocked her and I'm deleting snap rn for like 10 days 😭
Getting rid of apps and other things that cause you to fall into temptation, is a big step your doing the right thing.😄
