It’s honestly taken me 5 years to get to this point, but what a worthwhile journey it has been. I finally feel like myself again and can handle what life throws at me without running back to my digital mistresses to cope. Key points: 1. Remove your triggers from your life 2. Replace the bad habit with a good habit 3. Reach out through prayer to a God of your understanding and ask for help 4. Meditate and listen for the answer (If you do it from the heart it will come) Onwards brothers, I’m by no means out of the woods and could fall back into the trap in a second! But what I have always done is get back up and try again, and for me that is the definition of a champion.
