Instagram is one of the main culprits. Most of the posts are becoming half naked woman or OF models promoting their accounts. The worst part is my search page somehow it just group all of the horniest reels it could find for me. But I guess it’s my fault for building it in the first place. Now I have to tear it down and build a new one

Just delete Instagram bro, not worth it. If you are streaking, even a little glimpse of smthin triggering can set you off
What I did is search up reels in the explore page and liked them, like gym videos, funny vids and other reels that improved my algorithm
Get rid of it man, it’s designed to keep you hooked. Social media was probably the biggest trigger for me before I got rid of all of it
