Might be a hot take, but I feel like social media is the cause of a lot of these addictions, I'm sure it isn't helping my recovery either. You can easily get consumed my things like tiktok or instagram reels for ages and the triggers will get you, even subconsciously and you'll have a setback. Of course, removing it would be the easiest way to deal with it, but for me it seems like avoiding the issue. Does anyone feel the same/has anyone found a solution to this without removing everything fully? Also, if anyone sees it differently, I'm curious to know

I tried that, but still remove the blocks every now n then

A solution I've found is limiting your screen time on social media apps. I have mine set for only 30 minutes a day, & I've made all NSFW/suggestive content as hard to view as possible
