I hate myself

I can't help but hate myself I keep telling myself that I'll change but I keep going back time and time again. Why am I stuck I know it's bad but I keep going back it's like Im just given in without a fight I just need some prayers from anyone who sees this.
We must remember what Paul said in Romans “For I do not understand what I am doing, because I do not practice what I want to do, but I do what I hate.” We must remember its only us against us our flesh. I’ve struggled for so long but I just imagine denying myself and picking up my cross; being the follower. We will fall but only if we lose focus on our heavenly father. Im not perfect but im learning and growing; each day is a new day to become stronger mentally,physically, and spiritually!
