Been exposed to explicit content since I was really young(maybe 6-7) and been gooning since I was 9 (21 now). It’s been really hard to quit for longer than 2 weeks this entire time. Just failed today after a 14 day streak. What I will say is stay busy and around ppl as much as you can. As soon as both of those things weren’t in place, I failed.
stay strong!! i was exposed to pornography since around 4-5. i understand the struggle. And you’re right to keep yourself doing things and around others, it really does help. but when you find yourself in a position where neither of the 2 are there, that’s where discipline comes into play and find something to do!! you got this!!
