Hey guys, only on day 3 but feels good to be a part of a group of like minded people this time :) What do you think about the link between the use of instagram reels/Tiktok and porn usage? I think abusing short videos for short term gratification goes hand in hand with watching porn and I don’t know how I can cut down on them and phone usage in general

Block the apps or just watch something more creative on tiktok and Instagram than those thirst traps. They're not good people anyways so don't feel bad if you block them.
