I dealt with the same. Took me too long to realize it. And addiction got real strong cause of it. Removing this addiction is not going to solve all the hurt feelings but it will allow you to deal with them. You’re basically learning to choose to be sad and hurt in this case. But in doing so you learn how to grow from it rather than putting it off. That’s what we are fixing by removing porn and masturbation . We are gaining the ability to have true emotions in our life.
