The longest I’ve ever went was 22 days and that isn’t a lot compared to what other people have reached and accomplished but I will say the benefits and the healing I got from it was almost comparable to what it felt like when I was younger and had a multitude of joy for all things. So yes I would say life is more peaceful and joyful and you feel younger in a spiritual sense.
