Coping
I wanted to share my biggest secret in my success and that is coping methods to porn. Whenever I get the burger to watch porn I do 2 of my coping methods. For you that’s going to be something that makes you feel good and replaces that urge for dopamine naturally. So find 2 things to do, for me it’s things like gym, gaming, cleaning my room, cooking, calling or hanging with friends or my family, going to get food, riding my motorcycle, ect… I hope this helps someone it’s been my biggest motivation and tool for being clean this long!
Can’t speak for OP, but I will say I have been on a long streak of several months before. You always have to stay vigilant. I lured myself into a false sense of security before saying “I went X amount of time without, I don’t have a problem.” Which led me to relapse and get trapped for awhile again.
