Battle Buddies: Day 2 Post-Relapse
Holy moly this week has been LONG. Work has been draining me and leaving me extremely low lately, and it has led to some major temptation today. The checklists have and still been working, but it only makes me more worn down from where I already am currently from a physical standpoint. I know that the enemy is trying to brutally break me down both bodily and spiritually through work, but I’m not gonna let that happen. To my brothers in Christ, Robert, Jan and Michael: The enemy is going to try and break you down in whatever way he can so he can attack you with temptation, as I myself have been dealing with that the past couple days. Thankfully for us, we know our heavenly worth through the eyes of Christ Jesus, and we gotta hold onto that. Matthew 11:28-30 states: ““Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”” Whenever you feel burdened or weakened, run to Christ, as He is waiting for you to come running into His arms! God bless, and I can’t wait for tomorrow!
You are absolutely right! Distraction is a huge way the enemy draws us away, it’s important to have that continuous walk with the Lord. I can start to see you ignite in Christ, Cameron!
