Don’t delete it altogether. I just got the app opal and it’s lead to the current streak I’m on now. With the app I’ve put a permanent block on the porn websites I used to go to and a block on insta & TikTok during 6am-9am and 9pm-12 pm as these were the times I’d be most likely to use it for schmeat beating reasons

Yeah insta depending on your feed is just porn. And even if you dont actively use it for that. The app is so unregulated its always pushed. Better to cut down temptations. You can always come back to it anyways
