I made it from November 7th 2024 to around late May/early June of this year. For a while avoiding porn just felt Effortless. I was committed to refusing its call. Ironically, having a gf actually contributed to my relapse because the stress of a new relationship was a lot. Of course I’m not blaming her, but I want to say to anyone who thinks that getting a gf will immediately solve this issue, I don’t think it’s that simple because this is an internal struggle. Our struggle. This is about my 10th Day 1 these past couple weeks but I have to get up and try again. Good luck everyone.

interesting, 8 months is a lot, i think if you can do 8 months then you can do a whole year, if you can do a year you can do it forever

You’re right, it doesn’t solve it. But you know you can do it bc you’ve already done it. Keep after it, you’ve got this.
