Anyone know of any free app blockers that can block activity on an app between certain times I want to have instagram so I can keep in contact with my friends but I don’t wanna scroll reels when I wake up or right before I go to bed because of some of the content on there.

I use Screen Zen which is free and you can set the time you want to block the apps.
I don’t know what kind of phone you have, but on IPhone you can set screen time and App “downtime” blockers for certain times of day on a schedule
