I got to 10 days and now I am back in old habits
I got to 10 days, my longest streak in 7 years and then relapsed. Now, in the past 5 days I have relapsed every day. I know how much this is hindering my life and for 23/24 hours of the day I feel on track but then one urge and its all over and I begin again. The worst part is i work from home so Im very isolated a lot of the time meaning when the urges come they feel impossible to get past. If ANYONE has any tips for how to beat urges when isolated please let me know because nothing is working and i constantly feel sick and tired physically and mentally.
Try also surround yourself with people. The more the better to beat that urge.
