I'm so tired of this addiction. I've been using PMO for over 10 years and it's effected my mental health so much. I'm very well aware of how detrimental this is. I've spent countless hours when I could've been doing something productive. This is it. I can't live like this anymore. I've decided to make this my top priority in life now. Enough is enough. I will heal this addiction. Please pray 🙏🏾

Im praying for you bro🙏🏾, I’ve been doing this sickness for 6-7years so I kinda can relate to that bro gotta make progress everyday even if you ended up failing learn why and move on ik it’s hard but it’s hard for me to🙏🏾
