Been 40 days and I still feel tempted all the time. Does watching a thirst trap count? Or is it actually watching something and doing something to it that resets the timer?

I wouldn’t watch that cause that could be what we’ll trigger you to watch porn, don’t risk it you’ve did very good making it 40 days and I hope to get there soon keep your head up and away from list

Yes it for sure is very bad habit and its poison for your brain, maybe not as bad as porn but still does a lot of damage
