Why no fap?

Thank you guys Great advice I’m gonna start a no fap journey too then along with the no porn journey

Think about the first time you ever fapped. Think about that feeling of pure electric excitement real women could spark in you. The sexual energy that resonated from you. For me I’ve dulled all that from years of routine fapping and the moment I abstain and feel it all return I extinguish that sexual drive when I go back to my old habits. When you do nofap while building your life around channeling that pent up energy towards your goals, you allow that sexual energy to regenerate in you and be a source to tap into. That’s how I prefer to look at it. Charging myself up. It’s different to other addictions in that engaging in it is more like limiting yourself rather than damaging yourself. You stop smoking/drinking and your body heals. You stop watching porn and fapping all the time and you allow the sexual energy to return and push you further than you could before. Energise your life with the most primal force deeply embedded in you - It’s about more than just not touching your dick

It’s because even fapping is a form of lust whether your imagining someone else or anything it is still lust and being abstinent in all forms is how you can truly recover from the addiction of sex and porn

For me at least, I was unable to perform multiple times with my partner. I want to better myself for her
