How do you guys keep busy?

For me, porn was always something I watched when I was bored, so that’s kind of a bad habit. And now, I just have to always find something to do, be it some exercise sheets of my courses or cleaning, but sometimes I’m running out of stuff to do and then the craving comes back. It’s particularly hard on days where I cant do any sport
Watch your elders fed how they keep themselves busy doing stuff either it could be gardening, reading book, walking in park, doing any work. Make yourself mature enough from now that don't look over to do that sin. Find ways to keep yourself indulging in work. Any work. Be strong leave the addiction you're powerful my brother.
