Quitting to Save Myself and My Marriage

I grew up with a porn at a young age and I had to keep watching more extreme and abusive content to get off. It affects the way I treat my wife when I do watch more abusive content I realize I become more pushy and cohesive with her. I treat her like a piece of meat and not a partner. This is day 1, I know I have a problem and I am no longer afraid to face it.
