Urges slowly going away.

As I’ve continued my journey, my urges are less and less. I haven’t fapped in over 12 days until tonight. Has anyone ever had days where you’re not focused on getting laid every time you go out? Lately I’ve just been living in the moment enjoying being with my friends. (This is also good to be out rather than isolating yourself looking at porn). Without porn, my confidence levels have skyrocketed. I just tell myself “that girl on the screen doesn’t care about you.” Then I continue to not search anymore for websites m, or surfing on IG.
