It gets easier

Trust me the longer you go the easier it gets. The first few days I was waiting for that notification to pop up and it felt like I achieved something big. Now I’ve been missing the notifications because I’m not even thinking about it. If you have an urge it’s best to put yourself in a situation where you can’t do anything, like going outside. And then just breathe man just breathe.
