Depends on what your strive for. I’m trying to practice semen retention to be a better person and have more energy in general. I would say that masturbaition can be damaging because it’s nothing like real sex and can therefore make sex more unenjoyable. But if you don’t agree with that and you just only want to quit porn then masturbaiting isn’t a relapse.
