I’m a 23 year old man. A goal of mine is to have my own family, and I can’t have this addiction if I am to achieve me goal. I need to become the man that can set a good example for my future family, I need to get rid of this toxic habit.

I feel this so much but unfortunately I have a family. I have an amazing wife. We just got married in May. We have a daughter about to turn 2. We’ve been together for over 3 years and I just want to beat this addiction. I try and try and I just get constantly tempted. Especially these insta ads and for you videos. Constantly tempting and eventually drawing me into the trap and I just end up losing the battle. I don’t want to lose my wife and kid. I don’t want to be this person. I want to be the man they need. The husband and father they deserve. To uphold my vows. I feel like it’s cheating and that greatly pains me because I don’t want to be a cheater and I feel like it is on my wife. I’ve had this addiction since being exposed in middle school. It makes me hate myself

Do a detox Robert. Remove all social media and replace them with more time with your family and God. Social media is the enemies playground bro, and try not to flirt or fight temptation bro, you won’t win. Immediately run to the Word of God. Scripture is very powerful bro and will help you overcome this.
