Opal will block for example apps you overuse during a certain amount of hours. What I use it for is when I know I'm bored or know I'm gonna watch something that contains anything with soft porn which, to be honest, it's my entire algorithm even when changing it which has helped I'd download the app that blocks the apps I'm on most of the time so I don't feel tempted to watch those certain things.
