Been clean for about 2 weeks now and feeling great but today was tough. Last night, I decided to quit smoking cigarettes because of health concerns and all honesty, to get into better shape. This morning though, I had strong urges to smoke and when I couldn’t smoke at that moment, I wanted to relapse to porn. But good news, I stayed strong but unfortunately, went back to cigs. My goal for February 1st, is to quit smoking entirely and to figure out healthy ways to cope with stress. One thing I’ve noticed is breathing exercises and tea. Ginger and lemon tea just hits the spot. For any of you that are struggling, find those triggers and figure out healthy ways to cope with stress, sadness and so forth. A day might not be much, but it’s a big step to progress and success And remember to breathe. It’s all gonna be okay Stay strong kings 💪

Definitely one addiction at a time but if you really want to stop smoking. My dad went to this psych class where the person basically hypnotize you but its not really a hypnotic experience he said more like talking with breathing and closing eyes etc. but anyways he smoked for 20/30 years and he went to that class and hasn’t smoked for almost a year now
