Guys and gals, remain occupied doing some sort of work to distract your mind from toxic thoughts! I was out on a work trip for 2 weeks and not once did I truly consider watching porn! Remain occupied doing something you love to keep your mind busy. Now my heart doesn’t race as much or I have less anxiety because of this time of no fap!
