Consistency is boring
Back to 1 day and on to day 2! I heard something that resonated with me on YouTube. He said that consistency is boring. Most of us know what we need to do consistently to be successful at this but we don't because it's boring...I know that if I go to bed at a good time or at least when my wife does I'll make it through the night porn free..I know that if I commit to posting everyday I'll have this at the top of my mind so I won't get caught lacking...I know that if I commit to a daily schedule everyday consistently I won't have the time in the day to search for anything I'm not suppose to...but I'm not consistent with it....mostly because I don't always feel like it...because it boring Maybe instead of focusing on making it through the day porn free to make my streak go up I should focus on doing all those things I listed consistently, a side effect of which will result in me not watching porn
I heard something on this app I haven’t before. The golden rule of kicking a habit is forgetting it’s an option. And focusing on becoming a better you it’s something I’m trying to apply right now
