Im on my fourth day and I am really starting to feel urges creep in. I feel like writing helps me handle the urges better. I need to constantly remind myself that porn is bad, all porn is bad. Nothing positive comes from porn and masturbation at all. It only leads to bad thoughts and negative side effects. I also need to stop thinking about edging. Edging is just as bad because it spikes your dopamine, fills your head with bad thoughts and in most cases leads to relapse.
Im proud of you 4 days clean is a good step forward im on day 2 after a bad relapse when the urges creep in do everything in your power to do something and anything else play a video game, hit the gym, build a lego set, write a short story finding things like that will get your mind busy thinking about something else and by the time you’ve realized you didn’t jerk off the thoughts of porn are far behind you and you just continue what your doing
