I realized it’s been 10 years

I’ve struggled for 10 years with this addiction the most I’ve gone is one time I did 1 month free and then I fell back in and I haven’t been able to escape since. I honestly haven’t been able to feel proud of myself in a long time because of it. But hay I’ve made it 4 hours and going strong…..
