I’ve struggled for so long and recently had a 50 day streak that broke and led to frequent relapses. Today I forgot to turn the restrictions back on my phone and got an insane urge but for the first time ever I had the bad urge had the potential to follow through and didn’t relapse. This feels like a big step to confronting this to create a streak rather than getting streaks by luck and being too busy. Lessggooo
I’m sorry Austin just remember that that you are just as good as you where before you lapsed don’t let this define you or else you will end back up in the same vicious cycle I was just in. Just get through like 5 days thug it out and you’ll be right back on track again. Setbacks are necessary to improvement ! I’ll pray for you bro.
