6 days clean and thinking about gym membership

This day I only had a headache. I did nothing productive today. I did go to my aunt to spend time instead of bedrotting. I am thinking about a gym membership but I don’t know what to do there and what exercises to do.

I just used the machines in the beginning. After that dumbbells. I stay away from the smith machine, always hurts so I don’t use it lol

I would always recommend getting a membership. It was the best decision I have made. Making the jump is scary but the learning and results are what make it great. For what exercises to do, look online. Tiktok has a lot of useful information on exercises.

i do 7 sets of 7 for pull ups with 30 second rest. even if you have to drop it’s okay just jump back in after you give yourself a second

I always recommend starting out with calisthenics like push ups and pull ups. I like doing workouts like 10 push ups every minute for 10-20 minutes or I do 3 pull ups 5 push ups every minute for 20 minutes.
